Can you still craft masterpiece jewelry 2026?

I tried to got my sim very focused, lvl 10 gemology, spent hours real time but only created excellent quality. I have created 2 masterpiece jewelry so far, however it was several patches ago, today I'm starting to wonder if it's bug/glitch to prevent sims making materpiece jewlrys. If someone successfully made a materpiece jewelry recently please let me know how you do it.

Today I just did it, I still don't know how, it feels like completely random because I even got a bad luck moodlet befrore I craft the masterpiece jewelry. I think some more positive moodlet like confidence and inspiring will help. I also had some charged gem around to boost my work. And there's a mod from littleMsSam named Small Gemology Overhaul will make the crafting speed a bit faster.
