Which restaurants serve Experimental Cooking?
If I am not playing a restaurant owning sim how can my sim experience eating in a restaurant serving "Experimental Cooking"? Are there specifici restaurants in the Gallery I can download to my neighborhood so that my playable sim can go and buy this food and satisfy their Want? I don't feel like going to all the trouble of buying a restaurant, hiring all the staff, setting up all the menus, etc.
Event ‘Star’ Simoleon Not Accurate
Heyy i have no clue if i’m just dumb but this is literally such a small issue but i noticed that during events or live work days the symbols in the top left aren’t accurate, I swear there used to be a proper ‘bronze’ symbol but it seems to switch form gold to silver and back to gold. doesn’t impact gameplay at all but thought it was funny and should share.
High School Years Prom - Never Gold Tier Glitch
No matter what I do, and I HAVE tried. I always get Silver Tier. I cancel other actions, and b-line it for every objective - not even enjoying Prom, it never works when I do. Even if I'm casual about it, barely get Silver. If the ability to complete the needed requirements for Prom allowed an extra 30 seconds at least, there is a higher chance I could. Even with a Prom invite. Just wanted to get gold once. Once. Now it's become a post. Maybe also allow quicker cancellations of tasks and the object actions take precendence over all other queued actions for the active sim. Otherwise, no idea...Sims that hate each other dating?
I just wonder if this is normal in the game or just a strange glitch. I play multiple families and switch between them so I know how different sims feel about each other but I will see sims on dates with other sims they dispise on community lots. When I go and play that household though they fight with each other but if I switch households and play a different house and go to a community lot I might see that couple hanging out and flirting with each other like they were friends. Are they psychos or does the game just throw random sims together?
The update July 21st 2026
I have zero mods. I have zero CC in my game playing at this time and solely vanilla to see how the updates are working with a vanilla game and just using cheats if wanted to see how the game is working solely after the updates. My game crashes and freezes a lot with this update. Don't know if anyone else is experiencing this too. Would love to hear both positive and negative feedback from those playing vanilla. If I had mods installed at this time, I would be removing those mods and using the 50/50methods to see which one/e are the culprit. However, I am waiting patiently for the mods I use to be cleared. I have plenty of time to wait since this going to be an update that does what updates do. I'm curious to see this update works on a vanilla game. Thank you to the Sims team, the modders, CC Creators and other players sharing information on the update both good and bad.
deleting unwanted NPC photos from clientDB question
Hi, this is a little complicated I think, but would appreciate help with it. So I have a lot of teens, and NPCs will autonomously use the Photobooth during Prom. It's clogging my clientDB file. I know it's NOT advisable to delete the ClientDB.package file as it can cause black/blank photo, but I really want to get rid of those NPC photos safely. Is there anyway to do that without corrupting the photos I have on my save file? I've tried using MCCC to clean (sell off) those NPC inventories but that did not work. The photo might have been gone from their inventory but it still persists in the ClientDB.package file. I tried deleting the specific unwanted photo from the clientdb.package file and it caused the blank photos instead in-game :| I used S4S to view and export photos I'd like saved. Thank you.
Error code 132 keeps destroying my game
I play my game for several sim days/hours and out of nowhere this error hits me every time...usually upon trying to travel somewhere within Willow Creek. Once it hits though it seems there is nothing I can do to fix and traveling period after that (especially in Willow Creek) becomes hit or miss. Every time I see this error online people are talking about cc ladders and round pools. Well I'm not playing with any of those things. Am I really the only person experiencing this? If not I need some real answers and advice. I do play with mods but I monitor them regularly and always update accordingly.My sim can't afford to repair something fished out of the dumpster
In my gameplay, my sim's boyfriend dumpster dives to sell stuff for money and to use the stuff found. I used the cheat for the smog vacuum, but apparently she can't afford to repair it? Is anyone else having trouble with their pregnant sims getting stuck in the "Eating for two" stage. I have multiple sims Just stuck there and wont have the baby,not even with cheats Also, sims cant go to work or school,it keeps saying go in 2days,then when the two days past by the timer just starts back over.
