@ogredorothy Does this happen in a new, unoccupied build that you create yourself? You could just build a box with some dividing walls to test; there's no need to spend much time on it. Please also test on a lot you haven't previously tried to use as a residential rental.
i placed a build from the gallery and did it that way. i will try the other way
