cannot build decks / foundations in sims 4
I installed the sims 4 and was used to be able to build decks, however after I bulldozed one of the lots I can no longer build decks. Please help!😕mileysad:

My foundation slider isn't even on my screen anymore... it disappeared.
I have been having the same issue, no foundation slider. I have just quit building. I also already submitted something about it. The response was they will look into it if enough people have the same issue. I hope it gets fixed.
There isn't a foundation slider anymore. They've made a new foundation tool as of November 2018.
You get up and down arrows now when clicking on a room. Like shown in the photo below. The foundation tool is outlined.
What I do is select a room to bring up the tool, highlight it, place the mouse pointer over it while holding the left mouse button down and drag it up.
