rosemow It is showing up now in build mode after the update this morning! But it was not there yesterday. I checked in build mode before(and after) I tried repairing the game. Thanks!
I will say after adding a photo to the frame after I bought it in build mode this morning the progress in the event still shows the item as locked which is concerning.

Did you do any of the optional tasks (there's a few where you need certain packs). If not, that's why you haven't gotten it yet. Don't be concerned there's a few extra rewards at the end that one doesn't really need cause you can just get them in the game anyways. You should get all the event rewards even if you don't do the optional tasks.
