I removed my mods and CC, cleared cache, repaired the game, etc. and tried it with a different save file and the issue persisted although sometimes I could access it, and sometimes I could not. I never received a LE when I was able to access the lot. Also, all of my buildings reverted back to EA default lots in the neighborhood view, but whenever I travel to the edited lots, they look how I edited them. All of this recently started happening after I bought Lovestruck a few weeks ago, and after the recent holiday patches.
