    You have to have luck enabled under pack settings in order to craft it.

    BarMaster71​ That's it!! I had not enabled 'luck' in settings at the beginning of having the pack, and I forgot about it, so it didn't even occur to me! As soon as I 'enabled luck' in the game/pack settings she could make the Lucky Liquid! Yay!! 🤩🍀 Thank you so much, that was driving me nuts!!! 🤗
