Can't 'Convince to Buy' on Food Stall

Question

I'm trying to complete the Market Magnate aspiration; I'm on the second stage where you have to convince 5 sims to buy something from your stall.

I've been trying for ages and my sim is still on 0/5. A lot of the time when I use the convince to buy interaction, the sim I'm trying to convince leaves immediately after the interaction finishes.

My sim has high cooking, all the items are excellent quality and their Charisma isn't bad (level 6).

Is this a bug? Or is it just really difficult?

I don't think it's a bug. Some aspirations are just unreasonably complicated or illogical. One of my Sims is selling some of her food at a foodstall, too, usually before she goes to work, and convincing another Sim to buy that food doesn't always work because that Sim might walk away. Make sure you don't try to use the interaction on every Sim that approaches your stall because once it has been completed, it greys out for a while before you can use it again. It's really annoying and doesn't make much sense either, especially with high charisma.&nbsp;
