Can't Drag Food Into The Refidgerator

Since this last update with the African customs content the problem has returned.   I can no longer drag dishes to the sink or dishwasher, and I can't drag left over food to the refrigerator.  This has occurred before and now it's back again.  Also when I put things in the world from the inventories they disappear  and I can't find them again.
