Can't figure out how to add a pet
I did a digital download of SIms Cats and Dogs and cannot figure out how to add a pet. Help!

I haven't really played in other neighborhoods since C&D came out.
As far as I know there are no spawners for strays in other worlds but you can of course still make Pets in CAS.

Bought the expansion but I’m brand new to sims - and couldn’t see in my CAS where there was a pet option
