Can't find Romantic Garden Stuff items

I've already received the popup message from Steam that says the DLC I purchased (Romantic Garden Stuff) has been downloaded while I was in the game, and that I should restart the game. I did that, but I see no evidence of where the new garden stuff is in Build Mode. Can anyone please tell me how to verify I do indeed have the expansion? I've tried various keywords already like "well", "garden", "flowers", etc., but I still see no evidence of any new items.
