Can't load any lots

I'm having issues loading into any lots in my game. It just loads and then does the music when it's about to put you in but then continues with the load screen. 

I've removed all mods, deleted the cache, repaired the game and it still won't work. I have also loaded a much older save and this is having the exact same issue but with the following error message: 

How do I sort this? I don't know what to do.

  • im having the same issue! i even took all of my mods + cc out and reset the folder and it is still doing it :(

    Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

    - Delete the ones you have

    - Trigger the error again

    - Check if new ones are created

    - If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.

    Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.

    Scratch my previous comment, I did a little digging and was able to find the lastexception I got last night when I made my first comment on this post! :) Sorry it's so long, it looks scary!! (speaking as someone who has no idea what any of this means)

    Hi cowplantier222​ this looks like an issue with coffee object in your inventory. Did you have any coffee cc in your game ?

    It may not be related though if you don't get this on the save in unmodded state.

    Once you reset your folder and just put a copy your save game back, do you get any LEs on that ? I assume a new save is fine ?

    just tried it again with a fresh folder, only put saves + tray files back in, zero mods or cc and it still was loading forever upon clicking on my desired household which never happens to me when i open the game without any mods/cc since my pc is relatively higher processing. just slightly heartbroken because ive had this save since i was 17 and id be devastated to lose it. i lost the LE for it but last night i got one when i was trying to troubleshoot that had some mentions about a baby/crib and i was able to open the lot on another computer w/no cc and there was a strange almost placeholder bassinet with a mannequin looking baby inside so i don't know if maybe some kind of bassinet mod is causing this and left some sort of residuals on the lot even without cc. After i just did a folder reset this morning though, it did give me another LE so i will include it on this comment:

    The second LE shows a broken milestone that was on a cc that you removed from the game. That does often cause a 110 so hopefully that's the main issue.

    It's a script mod so make sure to turn those on and once it's fixed, you can remove the mod.

    I think that this mod is possibly the fix! I opened the game vanilla and i was able to open the lot. Now, i've been doing the 50/50 method with my cc to see which ones conflict because there are some that have been causing it to load forever still and some that work no problem. Thank you so much for your help! i think it's genuinely impressive that you were able to figure this out and narrow it down to that issue!
