Can't make nectar (I have ingredients)
As you can see, I have all ingredients for the nectar but all the options are grayed out.

Your sim needs to have reached a certain skill level before they can make particular nectars. If they do have the required levels and the issue is continuing, then if you use mods/cc,try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.
