cant order Boba Tea and the worker is missing

I can't order Boba Tea in the Shop or order something in the cafeteria in High School and the worker is missing behind the desk. I tried everything removed all my Mods and Custom Content and repaired the game and deleted onlinethumbnailcache.

I have linked a picture where you can see that the worker is missing and when I click on the desk I can not do anything.

I have All Packs and the newest Version.

    Omg it works again!!! I can order boba tea and in the cafeteria again and the worker is there Idk why maybe because the update or something!! 🙂

    Same for me, I just pick one of the dozens of boba from the floor that are always there lol, but no one is ever behind the counter and I can't click on it.

    Yes I have and my BobaTea Shop is the default one and it still doesn‘t work ☹️.

    When I started the game for the first time when I installed the new pack, there was still a worker and suddenly he went missing ☹️. 
    I thought it was because of a Mod and then I removed everything and the person was still missing. I don’t unterstand it.

    I'm not able to click on either counter and there are no workers.

    I've removed all mods, repaired the game, and I deleted the local cache file. I can't figure out what the problem is.

    Idk why but there are people there in the store but they don’t work there and I can’t Order or anything
