Can't place objects from inventory

Every time I'm trying to place objects from my simmers's inventory when I'm not on a lot fx if I'm in the jungle my simmers resets and the object is still in the inventory when I'm choosing the optio...

@FTJ-dk Please move your mods folder to the desktop, delete Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > localthumbcache, repair your game and then try again on a backup of your save to see of you can duplicate the issue on a game with no mods.
