About 50% of the time that I play, I can only see the first two level of my rentals. There's three more levels of the lot pictured but the arrows disappear after the first two. Clicking "page up" on the keyboard only works for the first two floors too. I have families on the top floors of my rentals that I can't reach.
Can you get to those floors by going into build from the map? If you can, I would check to make sure that the apartments on those floors are being seen as apartments by the game.
And what do you mean that there are 3 more floors above the first 2? There should be only 2 plus the roof. You can only have 4 floors above ground plus the roof.

Yes, I can access the floors in build mode so the game recognizes the apartments. I just can't always access those families or move families into those top floors because the arrows gray out on level 2. And apologies, I probably miscounted the number of floors left.
I am having the exact same problem!! Additionally, when this happens, I seem to get the endless load screen bug when trying to load into one of the apartments that I can see, or even when trying to enter build mode from the world screen. Very frustrating!! Any thoughts or suggestions would be most appreciated!!
