career_base exceptions every load-in

it happens like this with the errors happeningn several times at once in every loading screen. a couple times the error popped up during gameplay, but the sims listed in the mc command center error were just whatever sim was selected at the time i believe.

have you been using any custom careers ? Does something happen in the game or just the LE ?
Have you tried narrowing down if it's a certain Sim causing it by deleting household in groups (on a backup of your save) ?
