Is this happening to anyone else? Do I have settings wrong somewhere, or should I make a bug report? Happens in a vanilla game in both fullscreen and window mode, and makes it hard to switch between ...

    Windowed mode - make the game window wider if it isn't fullscreen window, by dragging the corners/sides of the window.

    Fullscreen - change the resolution in game options.

That's been happening ever since they added that shopping cart icon, I've had the same problem for months.
