Is this on a new save as well as old ones or on a specif save for a specific Sims ?
It's on new saves. I wiped out all my old games and started fresh. It was never there before. Also, males now have grey underwear beneath bathing suits.
There is a known bug for underwear showing on the nude outfit but I don't think that's the same.
I can't duplicate either of the issues on a new save game.Have you tried repairing the game ?
