Celebrity Tile gone after using interaction "place in world"

So in hindsight it's pretty obvious that's not how you put it down, but I didn't think it would hurt. I placed in world and my sim did the animation for putting things in the world from her inventory and poof, the tile is just gone. Nowhere to be found. I could reload an older save but that's 4 hours gone. I would appreciate a solution that doesn't cause me too much hassle, or simply if I could be told where to it could have gone to? I went to the star boulevard when I did the interaction, but couldn't find it in any of the tile places.

Appreciate any help. I do not use any mods. I do use the occasional reset cheat.
