Cell Phone missing all apps/options except Call Police Station

Since the game update on 2/25/25, all the phone apps/icons are missing except "Home" and the only option I get is to "Call Police Station".

    Disregard, I found a workaround.  This prior article helped.  Travel to another lot and the phone icons should reappear.
