Change Sims language to English

Hi, How do I change the language to just English. I want to be able to understand what the characters are saying in my language. I do not see any option to change this.

From what i understand and  i spent many hours on the phone with origin and re installing and uninstalling everything  many times and even uninstalled windows 10. Don't waist anymore of your time you cant change sims to English
