Changing Career Paths
I am current in the Culinary Career and I want to reset it so I can do the Mixology so I can complete the Master Mixologist? Any ideas?

I tried to quit and then I restarted a new job, but when i went back to the Culinary, it started me past the choice point. I have been playing this game from the very beginning and i'm trying to play one Sim and go through everything. A little disappointing if you can't do that....

There are options that might work depending on what you are willing to try.
Discover University - Send your Sim to take skill classes several times. This will earn a "Mixology Certificate".
With that you can go directly into that branch of the culinary career.
The cheat careers.demote Adult_Culinary would allow you to demote your Sim then get the promotion to choose a branch.
There are also cheats that can allow you to enter directly into higher levels of careers.
- @EuphorialQueen I didn't know you could choose the two different branches again using that cheat! I just did careers.demote Culinary and my Sim had the sad moodlet that said she was fired. But if I use careers.demote Adult_Culinary it'll allow me to choose branches? I'm definitely trying that tomorrow!
