Re: [READ FIRST] Cheat console doesn't open

I can't open the cheats bar , I've tried taking out all of my mods , repairing the game , make a sim for that lot , loading another lot , using ctr+shift+win+c AND closing everything I could find that might interfere with it by using the same shortcut 

Idk if I'm doing something wrong (Im not that good with computers) I've tried everything and I've come to 2 conclusions 

1)I didn't properly change the shortcut and/or didn't correctly close the screen capture 

2) there's another problem I'm possibly not aware of 

Can please anyone help? Either by bringing another problem problem to my attention that I wasn't aware of or giving me some tips on properly closing the screen capture apps (tried both the snipping tool and the win+g one ,  I can't remember it's name)
