@devildan76 If you've synced the contents of Documents with OneDrive, your computer may be downloading or syncing the files when you try to play, hence the error message. Please either disable OneDrive entirely or prevent it from automatically syncing Documents.
You can still upload files manually; it's just the auto sync process that's getting in the way. And after changing these settings, you may need to manually redownload a copy of the Sims 4 folder and place it in the local version of Documents\Electronic Arts.

Hey I having a problem with my sims game I keep getting this pop up when I go to load it and if I cancel it my sims game won't load
hjqsgl6eate9 Sorry for the late reply. Do you still need help? If so, let me know whether you want to keep using OneDrive in general, just have it stay away from your Sims 4 data; or you'd rather get rid of OneDrive entirely. OneDrive is definitely the issue here.
