City Living Glitch Sims4

I recently had downloaded City Living a few weeks before the recent big update. I had downloaded the update over vacation but when I logged into the game, I realized that my sim's City Living clothing had gone missing, but only some of it. This issue continued when I went into a new save file, created a sim using only base game and city living, and loaded into San Myshuno. Only certain city living CAS items worked and the others were seen as not owned. When I loaded into the world, the building's (Apartment) lower half had completely disappeared and my sim could not access the apartment that I had purchased. Then, I tried out the other features, but I had gotten a pop up telling me that I did not own the pack items for the EA build such as the gym or karaoke bar. Even well-known city living NPCs, like Lily Feng, had their clothing disappear. I uninstalled the game and then re-downloaded it, the problem still continued. Yes, I have searched for people having this problem too, but I could not find anything on the topic. Any help would be apricated!
