000Holydiver000 I had this problem, too. When I had to go meet Emit again, he did not show up at the park where he was supposed to be, and I could not invite him there by phone either - he did not appear in the list of people I can call.
So I planned a Stay Over (from the relationships panel, "Plan Stay Over") - he did appear there. He came, I could report to him. (Of course, now I have to host him for a few days...)
