I use my sim to go to the park I did the friendly introduction nothing happened. I went back home and had my Sim watch the news for 15 minutes and nothing happened. I had my sim check the social media timeline after she had met and became friends with Emmit and nothing happened. The quest is not continuing and it's not giving rewards for the steps that were completed. Any suggestions let me know thanks?
Any mods/cc in your game ? Does the introduction one still show as needing to be done ? Cause if that's still on the plate, you can't go on.
i got it to finally work to complete this weeks quest, but my work around was using the cheat to enter to CAS to make a new roommate; and have them introduce themselves to him which ended up working .
Update: After reinstalling Steam and repairing game files I was able to get the challenge to work and get my video recording done for week 1. With mcc still installed. Hope this helps!
