Columns and lights disappearing when zooming in build mode

I just updated my game today so I don't know if this is a new feature but I swear columns and lights disappear now the same as in live mode in build mode when you're zoomed in. I don't know if it's a...

I have built on other lots and I haven't had the same issue, the columns and lights stay way more. I was building without cc on a residential lot in Innisgreen, not sure if that had anything to do with it.
