Constant Anger or Sad Moodlet

Yes, I had the same issue where the game crashed constantly. Some update solved the issue finally, then this modlet issue comes along. I have been playing successfully and happily for a few months now. However...

I started a new family and had twins, I endeavored to make them "perfect" sims by college to give them all the advantages and take my time. There is a vast difference between the two sims. One rarely has any issues, once a week comes home sad or whatnot, and reached adulthood with almost no issues. Her brother was similar until their teens when he developed an unshakable fear of the dark. It never went away, even with the mod I mentioned in the first posting of this thread. Right clicking it off did nothing but apply it a few seconds later. Giving him Brave trait, talking to sims about the fear, etc never removed it permanently, it always returns. I eventually moved the female out and she is on her own, but this moodlet issue has been an ongoing issue with my near perfect sim (she has nearly finished all objectives in game). Removing in the game menu the option to have this feature does nothing to fix it FYI. Hopefully after this many years and issues it would be removed or fixed. I don't mind a bit of a challenge, but this is still daily for my other sims and a constant issue.
