Constant Fires Everywhere

My sims have constant fires everywhere.

Using Current Version

There is a fire in my sims game about once every five minutes. Things that are not usually flammable are setting on fire. Not the stove, or fireplace - The laundry hamper, a window, the cat, a rug (not near fireplace), a table, etc. I'm at a loss where I don't know if this is a bug, or if something else is interfering with the game. I've reset the game, I've done a no-mod run and then it still happened so I have to roll back my save to get my darn cc hair back on, I've re-built the house, changed lots, I don't know what is causing these constant fires! 

Sometimes they're in un-extinguishable places so I can't even put them out, they just destroy everything and then I get like 200$ back from the fire people, and like 7000$ damages! 

It's killing me. It's only with one specific family, my sim-self. I played with others and this did NOT happen. My sims are terrified and I'm constantly wasting satisfaction curing them from their ailment of fire! 

Please help me, I'm dying.
