It does not help any to create NPC Sims. Look for the ones saying Batuu Citizen when you hover over them. If you go to the Cafe they will start to show up shortly after.
- @jpkarlsen Once have one, what do I do? I have tried everything I can think of and cannot find a "Convince to.." option.
Read the task description. It tells you that you need some friendship.
- @jpkarlsen I am Good Friends with EVERY citizen in Batuu and have not ever seen the option. Also, it does not say where to find "Convince to..." it just says to do it. I have spent hours trying to pass this one aspiration task. I have scrolled through every conversation option countless times.
