hey everyone so i have every pack ive tired to repair the game a few times and ive never noticed it before but the cookout option does not appear in my game at all ive seen other people play and they have the option
any help would be great

@e1ifs Great, I've moved this thread to the Sims 4 general discussion section. Someone here will be able to tell you how this is supposed to work.
If you only have the base game then the only option for outdoor cooking is grilling. After clicking on the grill you will find this option. If you have other packs then you will have the option of cooking food on the bonfire, if you have the Island Living pack you will be able even to use an earth oven. As you can see, there is more than one possibility for a cookout in this game.
but it doesn't come up in my game as an event
Are you talking about the Weenie Roast event?
The Weenie Roast event requires The Sims 4 Outdoor Retreat.
