corrupted sims 4 files

Hello, so my Sims 4 files have looked like this for the past few months after I installed it a while ago, It has no "mods" folder and it does open but I want mods I tried repairing it and I tried to fully reset the whole game but it never worked and I don't have anything in my recycling bin so I'm really lost here what do i do
