Cozy celebrations not loading
The jasmine button for cozy creations is still there, but the quests won't open and I can't continue to earn points and I still have 4 quests to go. I'd like to be able to play

Same. Playing on Mac. I tried fixes from another thread with no luck. This totally sucks!

Cozy Celebrations Event ends on Jan. 10, 2025, at 9 a.m. PT/11 a.m. CT/12 p.m. ET.
I think sadly that this event isn't live to complete anymore.
I remember from the reapers event that I had the icon up the top for a few days after it ended until I went to options in game and turned off the connect to online features.
I do think they should've given a little extra time in January though just to make sure we all had time over the holidays to get everything. Yes I've been trying to get this to work since the 8th. I know when the celebration ended. It wasn't working while the promotion was running and I've been troubleshooting with EA help. This is what they told me to do on the 10th.
