Crashing

is anyone elses sims just not opening, i was playing it fine last night. closed it for maybe 5 minutes and now its just not opening. ive repaired the app, ive forced quit and now it wont even let me ...

Could you please provide the following information

  • Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
  • What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
  • what's the error you're getting ?
  • Please also provide any LastException/LastCrash files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.
