Hi can you help please my game free sims keeps crashing after the update

Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do. Please pick a thread tag for that.
- What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.
- At which point does it crash ? On Loading ? Loading the save ? While playing ?
