Hey all!
I was playing last night and was thinking it would be cool if the curtains had options like the counters do. The counters have end pieces, main pieces, corner, etc. It would be really cool and versatile to give every type of curtain end pieces, middle sections, different heights. A lot of the really cute curtains don’t fit the windows I commonly use. Not a huge complaint, just a fun idea I think would enhance the game.
@heyheatherrr Hi! That's a great idea! It's funny you should mention this because I was also just decorating a build recently and got a little frustrated by how few window coverings actually fit the windows.
I was also thinking it might be nice to have some curtains / blinds that we can open and close. It doesn't have to have any fancy animation, just click on the curtains and select open/close.

I completely agree! It’s really annoying that the blinds are always closed. It would also be really nice to be able to alter the length of the curtains and blinds.
@heyheatherrrI missed having blinds that open too and they're huge as well, they take up so much room I often shrink them down. Plus I get frustrated with everything clipping into curtains. I tried to come up with a creative solution and I started using the Get Famous and Eco Lifestyle wall décor items as blinds in some of my builds. There's horizontal and vertical Wall Beam Façades (see attached) and I use them to look like open blinds. So if you have either of those packs, you could give them a try, they shrink and place easily and they snap together to look like one object. You don't even need to use the MOO cheat to do it, just shrink and then half grid snapping. The Eco Lifestyle horizontal ones look best I think and they fit easily at the top of the window just as a horizontal blind would.
