I claimed all my daily rewards. Now my game won’t open and says to repair or uninstall and reinstall the game. If I have to reinstall the game will I lose my daily rewards even though I’m reinstalll...

I suggest making a backup copy of your current userSetting file, which contains the information about which rewards you have claimed. The file should be at Documents>Electronic Arts>The Sims 4>userSettings(.ini). The backup copy should be made someplace that's not in The Sims 4 folder. (The desktop is a common choice for this sort of thing.) After you reinstall the game, you can use your backup file to replace the userSettings file if your rewards have been lost. Hopefully that will work.
