@Karissa926 we have the same Nvidia dedicated GPU. You'll need to manually set it to run the game to fix this issue. Instructions are here: http://forums.thesims.com/en_US/discussion/776882/sims-4-and-switchable-graphics-how-to-nvidia-amd?new=1
