Different Wall Heights

A lot of us I'm sure are starting to see not being able to have different buildings on the SAME property with different wall heights as an issue. With the new Horse Ranch Expansion this is just now really starting to drive me nuts!

I have built a beautiful farm home and furnished it all with the standard (short) sized walls. Well now that my sims have some more funds they are building a gigantic barn and riding arena combo on the back half of their property. In order to have barn doors that are "Mounted Horse Accessible" you need to have the wall height set to a minimum of medium. When I do that it messes up everything in the house that I already have built and causes so many problems. I am not going to rebuild the house I already spent hours on making to accommodate for taller walls. Plus it looks goofy. 

This is an update I think a lot of us would like to see! Being able to change the wall height of different buildings on the same property!

    I'd like this too and I'd also really like to be able to incorporate short walls more. I wish we could place a roof on a short wall but the roof just sits at the same height as the rest of that floor, floating in mid air.

    Yes! Any incorporation of the different wall heights would be so nice! That would come in handy for making dog houses and small animal shelters! Maybe even some kid play houses!

    @KristinD320 those are some great ideas. By the way, you can get over the wall height problem for horses on short wall lots by using the new fencing and stable stall gates from Horse Ranch. It's the "Stable Stall Fence" and the "Stable Stall Door".

    This would be amazing. I would actually like my greenhouse and barn to have shorter walls than the main house (which has tall walls). The greenhouse looks ridiculous with such huge walls. Honestly, it would be an incredible build feature for homes to have different wall heights on different floors and/or rooms. There could be a prompt to ask if you would like the choice to affect all walls in the particular building that you're building, the same floor, or current room. I don't know, just spit-balling here.
