@ThatCraigGirl You can also cure the vampires mentioned by jpkarlsen. You need to study vampire lore (using the books) and reach level 15 and to have at least a lv 1 in Mixology.
Then you can create "The Ultimate Vampire Cure" for 2.500 Simoleons.
You will need 10 Garlics - 10 Wolfsbane - 10 Plasma Fruits.
When you have created the drink, put it in your inventory and then throw it on the Vampire (it's in the mean interaction menu), sometimes it's called "kill the vampire", in that case you're starting a fight and then throw the drink.
