Do only active sims show up at every gym?

All sims which have fitness skill can spawn at the gym. The problem is the game has a habbit always to spawn the same sims (Mermaids, Landgraab, Fengs) It help a lot if you delete these sims or use a mod which take care of this problem. (MCC should have a setting for or Lotharihoe Sim Spawn Overhaul if you want it a little more extrem)
@daikoyu Sorry for the late reply. Yes always the same sims all over town I'm seeing. I know MCC has a setting that makes the sims out in town from my library. I can have a look if there's other mods for fixing this issue. Thanks. 🙂
@aodohertyIt seems like Paka'a Uha and Darrel Charm show up at the gym every time I'm there and neither of them has the active trait. What @daikoyu said; any Sim with the fitness skill might show up.
- @xochiquetzl_xkvn I thought Darrel Charm had active trait. Yes you're right. Those 2 sims are showing up every gym in my game too, except for my own inactive sims. Also they are level 10 in wellness skill but no one shows up at spa either. :D
@aodoherty I'm not sure why but I also rarely see any of my max. Fitness (level 10) Sims spawn at a gym. Whenever I've checked NPCs at the gym (by using MCCC) it seems like their Fitness level is usually between 4 and 7. I know I've been able to prevent certain Sims, like Eliza Pancakes, Darrel Charm, Paka'a Uha, etc., from spawning at gyms if I cheat their Fitness skill back down to 1. I've also been able to make other NPCs appear regularly at gyms by cheating their Fitness skill to 4. It doesn't seem to matter whether or not they have the Active trait, I can basically control which NPCs spawn at gyms by cheating Fitness skills up or down. This is how it seems to work in my game anyway & I am basing this just from casual observation rather than any actual analysis of the game code. Even so, whenever I send my Sims to a gym, I generally just see the NPCs I want to see and none of them that I don't want to see.
I know this doesn't really answer the original question about why Sims with max. Fitness skills don't seem to spawn at gyms, except to say that this also appears to be happening in my game.
I'll ask around a bit & see if I can learn any more about this.
EDIT: Ok, I did some asking and it sounds like it might be a tuning issue where the game is not set up to spawn Sims after they have reached the maximum Fitness skill level. It doesn't sound like it's fixable outside of using mods.
MCC have another setting that take care that you don’t always see the same townies it was under population. Its not the library setting is another setting there which only have a true or false setting. If I use MCC my MCC is in german because of my game language. I just guess now that it called so in English population -> Misc. Setting -> Random Visitor. (Uff, the last time I used MCC was 2017. The new menu it something)
Update: Another Method would be to use GetTogehter and use the club system there. I use this system in Vanilla, and it work great. My Gym-Rats, Wellness-Rats always have a club gathering if i go there.
Yeah, I was going to say, my Sims with level 10 fitness spawn in the gym in Windenburg all the time, but they're all in the Powerhouse club! so that's probably why.
