Dont have electricity in my households

So i checked and i dont have the Off the Grid traits or wtv, idk if it has to do smth with my mods (ive heard Sn Bank maybe has something to do with it, but it says all my bills are paid), i checked my bills and theyre all good too, i also dont have any dlcs just base game stuff. Can anyone help me somehow? Ive tried everything. Yesterday i played and everything was good, but now nothing works
