downloaded new lagacy pack and its not showing up
pack says its in my library but showing unavailable when i load the game

semberc Please clear the EA App's cache:
https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
and repair the game (EA App > Sims 4 > Manage > Repair), then see whether the new pack loads.
If it doesn't, please let me know where you bought the pack.
