Duplicate pizza
Every time my sims grabs a serving of pizza it duplicate into another whole pizza. And to throw away pizza doesn't work either even if my sims clean up

I wish I had this problem in real life 👩🍳. I would like to know specifics. Was this pizza ordered, conjured (Grand Delicioso) or baked in the HCH pizza oven? I conjured a pizza recently (in game) and I didn't have this issue.
It was made in the HCH pizza oven. I restarted the game even my gaming system it's still did the same thing. So.. I don't know might a glitch or bug in the sims 4.
So I got back into the game and bought my active household a pizza oven. Didn't see this issue. This could be mod-related. If not, it's an interaction between HCH and one of the packs I don't own. Do you own all the packs?
