Duplicate pizza
Every time my sims grabs a serving of pizza it duplicate into another whole pizza. And to throw away pizza doesn't work either even if my sims clean up

Is it only pizzas that are duplicating, or all the food your sim cooks? If your sim has recently completed the Appliance Wiz, then they would have received the Batch Cook reward trait. This trait doubles up what your sim cooks, no matter which appliance is use to make it.
My main sim has earned this aspiration reward herself, but it's kind of a double edged sword when it comes to baking stuff. You're still able to decorate your initial baked good, but not the duplicate. I've also found that the duplicate foods aren't able to be eaten for some reason, so my sim has to "clean up" all of them. Pfft. (Even in TS4, I hate wasting food.) 🤷🏼♀️
