Sim is stuck with the Creative Impulse ailment and no matter how many times I create the cure and they consume it, it doesn’t go away?
Have tried resetting objecting and restarting; just happening to this one sim in particular.
Ailments have come with nothing but problems!!

Just the moodlet and can’t go to sleep due to that specific ailment.

I'm having the same problem, and it's happening to the matriarch of a family I'm trying to play for as many generations as possible almost completely unplayable. I can't get aspiration points to take care of the sleep need fast enough to keep up, and I really really don't want to have to turn cheats on because then I lose the ability to gain achievements for the entire save file
My sim got this too after the latest update and I cant remove it with mods bc it keeps coming back. Ive tried curing him but that gives him a moodlet saying he took it without having an ailment. The ailment does go away while that moodlet is there but comes back after its gone. There is no option to go to a nateuropath (sorry bad spelling) and he has no paint on his skin like it should show. Its really annoying bc he cant sleep, thats the only thing that is in line with the ailment.
i use mods but he is like this even if I remove all of them and play vanilla

plumbobwillow Malyptak5 Did you try to cheat it away? put testingcheats on then shift click your sim. Choose "cheat sim info" and look for remove moodlet it will bring up a list of whatever your sim has, look for the one to do with the illness click it to remove it.
