I made a household of 4 sims and played it for a while before realizing the father was the step father of his child. This is because I forgot to make them father and daughter in CAS, but I used the cheats testingcheats true and cas.fulleditmode repeatedly and nothing happened, they did not become parent and child. I don't have MCCC. Can someone please help?!
Not sure if anyone still needs this but it appears that you need to use the bit 'romantic-married' to make two people married. e.g.
relationship.add_bit 123 124 romantic-married
