[EL] How do you deal with Juiced Community NAP?Mod suggestions to get rid of it?

I'm using NAPs since I actually like some of them, especially bc I've had success with bienchen/Simvasion/Zer0 mods (only tried the paperbag one fromZer0 tho) to make them more enjoyable, but one remains.. I absolutely hate that "Juiced Community" one and even though I can insta-remove it in my own neighbourhood, I can't help it if it's active somewhere I'm visiting. The sims are all dazed by default and I hate it. Without that maybe it could be cool, who knows, but I just don't want to look at everyone at GeekCon being cross-eyed.

Do you know any mod that would completely remove it? Or any other tricks to help? The ones that I've tried don't seem to be doing much to the neighbourhood-wide dazed moodlet. I don't know why but recently MCCC hasn't shown the full list of current buffs on any given sim so that I could easily remove it so it's even more annoying than before. (But even still removing the buffs manually is Not the way to go..) I'm really not there yet with my attempts at modding to take over a whole NAP so I was hoping someone else might have done it already. Thanks so much if you can help!

@siirysiir You can right click on the mail box to auto repeal and auto enact any NAP you want, if you don't want to turn the setting off entirely, as @jpkarlsen suggested, but tbh it seems to be what most people do because NAPs are such a pain and the auto repeal/enact still only works if you are playing a sim from that specific neighborhood.

As @ValFreya13 said, you can get rid of any NAP at any mailbox by using the the Instant Repeal option.  However, you need to turn on testing cheats first before you will see the option when you right click on the mail box.

To control what NAPs get enacted, just turn off NPC voting in the Game Options like @jpkarlsen said then only your active sims can vote and no NAPs will get enacted in that zone except the ones you want.  If you did not turn off NPC voting before you started playing, then NAPs will be active in every zone so you will have to check all zones where you can live and repeal whatever NAPs you don't want to get rid it everywhere.  You can open any residential lot in a zone in live mode to repeal a NAP any time.

    Hope this helps.

I did know about the mailbox cheat (what I referred to as insta-repeal) but I have understood that I cannot use it with my active sim anywhere else than my own neighbourhood.

BUT now I see the point of disabling NPC NAP voting..! So if there are neighbourhoods where I don't have any of my own sim families living, there are still active NAPs in those neighbourhoods too because of the NPC voting??? Dang it, I just thought it's "kinda fun" to have an actual need for the influence points for the purpose of voting (you know, to vote against the other NAPs) and let the NPCs vote but essentially enabling that setting ruins every neighbourhood I don't actually use.. :/ Thanks everyone for clearing that up for me! <3

P.S. Just leaving this NAP-related sim story here for your enjoyment..

My sim was in mourning after their relative died. A friend called offering their condolences and offered to take my sim out for brunch, and so they went to a restaurant in Magnolia Promenade... And yep, they surely wore bags in there! 🤡 Thanks for dressing for the occasion buddy!

Yes, your active sim can only change the NAPs in the zone in which you live.

But you can still change them in the other zones even if you are playing only one household in the save.  All you have to do is play a household in each zone just long enough to change the repeal the naps.  Basically, enter a household from the map.  Repeal all the NAPs in that zone.  Exit the lot back to the map.  Then go to Manage Households and mark that household as unplayed again.  Rinse and Repeat for each zone.

Whether you leave them in My Households or Other Households is up to you.

    Hope this helps.

@CGrant56 I've been pleased to notice that with Control any sim mod I've been able to repeal (shiftclick on mailbox method) NAPs even without having to load any of the families living there, so smooth! Also I can recommend Zero's replacement for the We wear bags NAP, now it encourages to be nice to cats & dogs instead! I actually want to use that one these days. 🙂
